Description of Program Offerings:

Animal Frolics- Considered to be one of the oldest forms of healing energy arts. Based on the movement of animals (Deer, Crane, Tiger, Monkey, Bear) that represent “elemental energies” of wood, fire, metal, earth, water which are associated with the organs

Tai Chi for Balance- This is a simple, 8-movement modified Guang Ping Yang form designed specifically to develop strength, stability and relaxation (which reduces fear) for building balance.

Tai Chi Easy™and Qigong- A mind/body/spirit practice integrating mindful movements, breathing, self-applied massage and meditation. The Tai Chi Easy 5 movement form and the 9 movement Integral Form are carefully developed methods and approaches to Tai Chi that makes it easy, beneficial and fun — right away.

Tai Chi for Arthritis and Fall Prevention-This is an easy to learn Sun Form. It includes warm-ups, 6 basic movements,
 6 advanced movements and cool-downs.

Tai Chi For Kids ages 4 to 94 – Inspired by  Cari Shurman. These simplified moves are easy to learn and do in short intervals of 5-10 minutes–alone, in class, or at home with family and friends. It is fun for all.

Tai Chi Easy™ Practice Leader Certification Training, a three day Certification designed to educate  individuals professionally, to share and teach Mind-Body- Practice.

The Healer Within-Inspired by The Healer Within by Roger Jahnke. Learn how to use traditional Chinese techniques to release your body’s own medicine. When gentle body movements, self applied massage, breath practice and relaxation are integrated into a single practice they become very powerful.

The Ten Phases of Qi-Inspired by The Healing Promise of Qi by Roger Jahnke. Phases one through nine involves the personal cultivation of Qi. In phase ten the influence of your cultivation spills over into compassionate service, a transmission of outflowing influence to help and to heal others.
